Sweet chilli sauce fragrant bone

Material:
Main ingredient: spareribs 300 g
Ingredients: ginger 5 pieces, onion 1 root, white sesame a little
Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of rice wine, soy sauce 1 big spoon, rice vinegar, 1 small spoon, sweet chilli sauce 100 g, sugar a little, a pinch of salt
Preparation:
Spareribs with clear blister to blood, drain the water, add the rice wine, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt and sweet chilli sauce;
Practice:
1. In the material juice ribs by hand full grasp well, for more than twenty minutes;
2. Hot pot, adding suitable amount of oil, oil heat in the ribs,

Tip:
